This colorful blend is named after beautiful Prince Edward County located in Eastern Ontario where we were the first frozen vegetable company in the world to test and grow baby yellow beans over 12 years ago! Our Whole Natural carrots are grown this size, not formed from larger ones. Taste the difference in sweetness! Our baby beans are grown using special seeds that pod only small and very sweet and tender baby beans. That's why we've flash frozen them, as they are too tender to be kept fresh for any extended period. They must be washed, slightly blanched, and flash frozen within hours of picking in order to maintain their colour, taste, and nutrient content.
